Persistent shopping assistant chat

A persistent shopping-assistant chat now runs on the public homepage. Visitors chat without signing in, and a New conversation button starts a fresh thread.

Every conversation and its messages are saved, so transcripts survive page reloads and the visitor closing the tab mid-reply. A new Conversations view in the dashboard lists every conversation with a read-only transcript per thread.
