A messenger-style starting screen for the embedded widget and playground
AddedThe embedded web tag and the dashboard playground now open like a typical messenger widget: the welcome text and composer sit anchored at the bottom of the panel from the very first, empty screen, instead of starting centered and jumping down once a shopper sends their first message. The hosted assistant page is unchanged: it keeps its existing centered welcome screen on first open.
Four starter prompts. On an empty conversation, the embedded widget and the playground now show four clickable suggestions above the composer, to help a shopper start talking: "Find a product," "Compare two products," "Ask about a product," and "Track an order," available in English, French, and German. Clicking one sends it as the first message. These are the same four prompts for every agent today; they aren't yet configurable per agent or brand.
The welcome message steps aside while you type. Across all three surfaces (the hosted assistant page, the embedded widget, and the playground), the welcome heading now hides as soon as you start typing in the composer, and comes back if you clear it, matching how the starter suggestions already behave.
No action needed on your side: this applies automatically to every site using the embed tag, and to every agent in the playground.
