Shopper conversations are now labeled too

The background conversation labeling used to read Playground conversations only. It now also covers conversations shoppers have on your storefront (Web) and on your public link (Hosted Page), at the hourly pass in production. There's no setting to choose channels or to switch it off.

• Shoppers who objected are left out. A conversation whose shopper objected to measurement isn't labeled from the next pass on. Labels written before the objection are kept, not deleted.
• Labels are shown. The dashboard displays them on each conversation, and the REST API returns them.
• The button is unchanged. Label conversations now still labels your organization's Playground conversations only. Web and Hosted Page conversations are labeled at the hourly pass.
• Data handling is the same. The judge is an OpenAI model reached through the Vercel AI Gateway, pinned to the European inference zone, with zero data retention and no training. Labels are deleted with their conversation.
