Create and switch organizations

Sign in for the first time without an organization and the dashboard now sends you to a short setup screen. Give your organization a name and you're in: the workspace is created and you land on the dashboard, scoped to it.

The sidebar header now shows the name of the organization you're working in, in place of the old placeholder. Open it to see every organization you belong to and switch between them; the dashboard reloads scoped to whichever you pick. The same menu has a Create organization option, so you can set up another one without leaving the dashboard.
