Agents, versions, and the playground

You can now build and manage your AI Shopping Assistant as an agent, and have more than one. Open the new Agents section in the dashboard to create an agent, give it a name, and pick its type (Shopping assistant).

Each agent keeps its configuration in versions. A version's instructions are extra guidance layered on the assistant's base persona. Versions are kept as history rather than overwritten: to change the instructions you create a new version, and the old ones stay readable.

Every version has a status. The champion is the live version. There's always at most one. Promoting a new champion archives the previous one automatically. Draft and candidate versions let you stage changes without putting them in front of shoppers.

A new Playground tab lets you chat with any version against the live model before you promote it. Switch versions or start a fresh conversation at any time. Playground conversations are saved like any other and show up under Conversations, where each transcript now also tells you which agent and version produced it and which channel it came from.
