Choose which chat tools each agent version can use

Creating a new configuration version now shows a Chat tools checklist next to the connectors one. A tool you leave unticked isn't just hidden: the assistant has no way to call it, so it's fixed for that version like everything else in it.

A Shopping assistant agent starts with all four tools enabled (Product carousel, Product comparison, Product detail, Clarifying questions); the checklist is there to turn some off. A new Custom agent type also ships with this release: it starts with no built-in persona and no tools enabled at all, so its entire behavior comes from the version's own instructions and whatever tools you explicitly choose.
