Tell the assistant what your site sells

Site general settings gain two fields:

• Information about your site: free text (up to 2000 characters) describing what you sell, your category, and your brand.
• Vertical: a searchable selector (Retail, Health & Beauty, Electronics, Food & Beverage, Home & Garden, Fashion & Apparel, Travel & Hospitality, or Other).

Both feed every agent's system prompt for that site. The vertical adds a short, vertical-specific guidance fragment (for example, a Health & Beauty site's assistant is told to stick to product features and never give medical advice); your site information is layered in after it. Both sit ahead of each agent version's own custom instructions (engine persona first, then vertical, then site information, then the version's instructions), and either layer is simply skipped when left empty.

Choosing "Other", or leaving the vertical unset, adds no guidance fragment.
