Faster clarifying questions: tap an answer to move on

Changed

Answering the assistant's clarifying questions (e.g. "What kind of cream are you looking for?") takes one less step now.

  • Single-choice questions advance on tap. Pick an answer and the assistant moves straight to the next question, no separate Next click. On the last question, tapping an answer submits the whole set of answers immediately.
  • Answers render as cards. Every choice is now a full clickable card instead of a small radio button or checkbox row. Single-choice cards show a chevron; multi-choice cards show a filled circular mark once selected.

Multi-choice questions are unchanged: pick as many as apply, then click Next or Submit to continue. Since more than one answer is possible, there's no single tap that means "done."

This shows up both live, when a shopper is answering questions in chat, and in the dashboard, when you review a past conversation's transcript.

See Chat tools for the full clarifying-questions behavior.
