Friendlier status messages while the assistant works
ChangedShoppers chatting through an agent's public link no longer see what's happening under the hood. While the assistant is searching the catalog, comparing products, or thinking through a reply, the chat now shows a short, plain-language status instead ("Looking for the best products for you…", "Putting together a comparison…", "Thinking…"), and once that step finishes, only the result appears: a product carousel, comparison, detail card, or clarifying question, exactly as before. If a step has nothing to show, nothing appears. There's no setting for this: the raw tool name, its JSON, and the assistant's reasoning are never shown to a shopper on this page.
The dashboard playground gets a new Shopper view switch next to the version picker, so you can preview exactly what a shopper sees before sharing a link. It defaults to Technical, today's raw display, so nothing changes unless you turn it on.
The read-only conversation transcript is unchanged: it still always shows the full technical detail (tool calls, reasoning), regardless of which view was used live, so you can audit what the agent actually did.
