Connect an MCP client to your dashboard
AddedYou can now connect your own MCP client (your own Claude, Claude Desktop, or any MCP client) to your dashboard. The client signs in with your iAdvize account through the same WorkOS login the dashboard uses, so it's authenticated as your organization and only ever sees your organization's data.
Today the server exposes exactly one read-only tool, get_conversation: give it a conversation id and it returns that conversation's full transcript and metadata for your client's model to work with. There's no lookup, stats, or write tool yet: you bring the id (copy it from the conversation's URL in the dashboard).
This gives your MCP client the same visibility a person logged into your dashboard already has, nothing more. A transcript can contain shopper-provided personal information, so only connect clients you trust with that data.
Find the connect URL on your Settings page. See Connect an MCP client for the full walkthrough.
