Instructions and Evaluations are now sidebar entries of their own

Instructions and Evaluations no longer hide behind a sub-navigation under Agents. Both are entries in the sidebar's Assistant group, in the order you actually work in:

Agents → Instructions → Tools → Playground → Evaluations → Connectors

The titled sub-navigation panel that used to sit alongside the Agents, Instructions and Evaluation pages is removed, so those pages get the whole content area to themselves.

Nothing moved on the web: every URL is unchanged, so existing links and bookmarks still resolve. Both new entries follow your active site, and both are permission-filtered exactly like Agents: a role holding neither Agents: View nor Agents: Edit doesn't see them at all.
