A spinner replaces the "…" on pending submit buttons

Every primary submit button across the dashboard (account settings, password change, organization profile, roles, member invites, API keys, sites, site branding, agents, agent identity, connectors, engagement widgets, instruction blocks, evaluation scenarios and runs, tag-performance runs, and the onboarding URL form) used to switch its label to trailing-dots text while it was working: "Save" became "Saving…", "Invite" became "Inviting…", and so on.

That label now shows a small spinner next to a plain "Saving" (no dots), matching the spinner already used elsewhere in the dashboard. Same signal that the button is busy, one less visual style to reconcile.
