Generate starter questions automatically

Site Settings has a new Automation page with one switch: Generate starter questions automatically. It is off by default.

With it on, every product or category page that AISA finishes reading gets starter questions, without you asking. They are always created switched off, so you still review them in Questions before a shopper sees one.

The switch applies at once. It only affects pages read from now on: pages already read and questions already written are left alone. Automatic generation shares the daily limit of 200 generated pages per site, which resets at midnight UTC.

Changing the switch needs the Sites: Edit permission and is recorded in the audit log. Without the permission, the page shows the current state and no switch.
