Sales report
Attributed revenue and the commerce funnel from conversation to purchase, for the selected period. Coming soon.
Coming soon
The Sales report is visible in the Reports nav section today but has no data behind it yet. Opening it shows the same header as the other reports: the date range picker and the compare-to-previous-period checkbox, with a "Coming soon" placeholder in place of charts. Its filter bar carries the date range alone: no Channel, Agents, Customer feedback, Panel language, or Subject or keyword, and no Add a filter button either. That's a build-order gap, not a decision: with no commerce data behind this report, there's nothing yet for those filters to narrow. It will pick up the full filter set the day this report has real conversion data.
Open Reports in the sidebar and choose Sales, or go to /dashboard/sites/{siteId}/reports/sales. It's the third item in the Reports section, after Overview and Conversations.
What it will show
Once released, this report will cover attributed revenue and the commerce funnel from conversation to purchase:
- Attributed revenue totals for the selected period.
- Per-conversation transaction detail: amounts and products.
- The commerce funnel (click rate, add-to-cart rate, and purchase rate) broken down by any dimension.
This depends on commerce events being connected to the assistant, which isn't wired up yet.
What it shares with the other reports
The page header is the same shell used by Insights: the same date range picker and compare-to-previous-period checkbox, so the layout is already in place for when real data lands. Picking a range or toggling compare has no effect yet: there's nothing behind either control until the report ships.
Insights report
How shoppers are using your assistant over a date range you choose (volume, depth, tool usage, and when they show up), compared against the period before it.
Engagement report
How many shoppers were exposed to your assistant, saw an engagement widget, opened a conversation, and actually engaged, per site, per widget, per device and per page type.
