Product card outline no longer clipped in the carousel

Every product card in the assistant's product carousel has a subtle outline. It was getting cut off by the carousel's scroll area: along the top and bottom of every card, and along the sides of the first and last card in the row.

The outline now shows in full on every card, with no change to the carousel's overall size or layout.
