Active sessions card now shows each session's expiry time

Hovering a device in the Active sessions card showed its IP address and how it signed in, but not when that session expires, even though the expiry was already being retrieved for every session.

This is now fixed: the same hover detail also shows Expires, formatted the same way as the session's start date. A session with no fixed expiry shows No fixed expiry instead of a blank or invalid date.
