New Quality report

Added

Every site now has a Quality report, a fourth tab under Reports. It turns the thumbs-up/thumbs-down ratings on the assistant's replies into a site-wide quality picture for a date range you pick.

The feedback half is live today:

  • KPIs: ratings received, satisfaction rate, negative ratings, and the share of rated conversations that got a negative.
  • Feedback over time: positive vs negative ratings per day.
  • Negatives by category: where the assistant disappoints most, most frequent first.
  • Satisfaction by agent: each agent's satisfaction rate, highest first.
  • Recent negative feedback: the latest complaints, each linking straight to the rated message.

It uses the same date-range picker and compare-to-previous-period toggle as the other reports, filtering on when each rating was given. Unlike the Conversations report, it counts ratings on every channel, including ones you left while testing in the Playground.

The report's Knowledge quality section (answer rate, unanswered questions, content gaps) is shown as an explicit "Coming soon" placeholder with no numbers. It needs automated conversation analysis that isn't built yet, and we don't show estimated figures.
