Fixed the embed panel shrinking after the first message

The embeddable web tag's conversation panel could shrink to about half the screen height right after a visitor sent their first message, on both mobile and desktop. The panel now stays a fixed full-height side panel for as long as it's open, matching how it looks when it first opens.
