One filter bar for every report, and Conversations opens on the last 30 days

Changed

Every Analytics surface now shares one filter bar. Insights, Overview, Sales, Engagement, and Quality (plus the Conversations list, the Quality report's Feedback table, and the Engagement report's Exposures table) all use the same bar now, instead of each report carrying its own header. Channel sits in the bar by default; Add a filter brings in up to four more: Agents, Customer feedback, Panel language, and Subject or keyword (a free-text search that replaces the old always-visible search box on the Conversations list). A Reset button shows how many of them are currently narrowing your view.

Reports that only had a Channel filter before now have all five. The Insights, Overview, and Quality reports previously stopped at Channel. They now offer the full set. Quality is the one exception on purpose: it leaves out Customer feedback, since narrowing a satisfaction report by feedback state would force its own ratio to a constant. The Feedback list underneath it doesn't have that problem and offers all five, including a keyword search that also matches the feedback comment, not just the conversation's subject. Sales and Engagement (and Engagement's Exposures table) still carry the date range alone: Sales has no commerce data yet, and Engagement's event ledger has no channel, agent, feedback, or language column to filter by.

Your filter choices now follow you between reports, for your current browser session. Add Agents on Insights and narrow to two agents, and Conversations opens with the same two agents already applied. Close your browser and it's gone. This isn't a saved account preference. A filter that doesn't apply on the report you land on next says so, rather than silently doing nothing.

The date-range picker has a new preset list, and states the preset by name. "Last 90 days" is gone; "Year to date" and "Last 12 months" are new. Pick one and the control reads "Last 30 days" rather than the exact dates, the same convention most analytics tools use, with the resolved interval still one click away in the picker itself. Picking a range past 12 months back now shows a notice naming the retention cutoff instead of quietly reporting a partial total.

Breaking change: the Conversations list now opens on the last 30 days, not your whole history. If you've been using it to browse or search everything a site has ever said, that history is still there. Pick a wider range (Last 12 months, or a custom range) to see it. This matches every report's own default and is the one behavior change here worth double-checking if you rely on this page as an archive.

The old standalone Category filter on the Feedback table is gone. Category is still a visible, sortable column, just no longer something you can filter by.
