Billing

See your organization's monthly conversation usage against its quota, and when it resets. Read-only. The quota itself is set by iAdvize.

Click your avatar at the bottom of the sidebar to open the user menu, choose Organization Settings, then Billing, or go directly to /dashboard/settings/billing. This page shows how many conversations your organization has used this month against its quota. There's nothing to configure here: no form, no toggle.

Only visible with the right permission

This page (and the Billing item in Settings) only shows up for someone whose role grants it. The built-in Admin role has it by default. Without it, the nav item doesn't appear, and going to the URL directly shows a restricted-access message naming the missing permission instead of the usage meter, the same behavior every other Settings page follows.

What the usage meter shows

  • Conversations this month: a count of used / quota, plus a progress bar.
  • Reset date: the usage counter resets on the 1st of each calendar month (UTC). Whatever's unused doesn't carry over.
  • Over quota: if usage goes past the quota, a badge shows how much over (e.g. "+42 over quota") and the bar switches color.

Both the public link and the embedded web tag count toward this figure; conversations run in the dashboard playground don't.

The quota is soft: it never stops the assistant

Going over quota doesn't turn the assistant off or block a single conversation. We bill per conversation, the same way most SaaS products handle overage, rather than cutting a shopper off mid-month. This page is a usage indicator, not a limit. Think of it as a way to track and forecast your usage, not a wall you can hit.

Who sets the quota

The quota itself is set by iAdvize on your account; it isn't something you edit from the dashboard. If you're expecting to grow past your current quota, talk to your iAdvize contact.
